We take your 2D sketches and 3D models and run scientifically proven simulations to not only verify your hunch, but also provide you with direction on how to take your project even further.

We find that people often are looking for straightforward and affordable analysis of their designs at first. That’s why we provide several options that will help you better understand the impact your design and surroundings will have on performance. In schematic and conceptual design, we can run daylight simulations of your building for a number of metrics such as Useful Daylight, Daylight Autonomy and Direct Sun and shadow studies of the surrounding environment. At the end of your project we can assist with verifying the design for LEED credit EQ 8.1. In between, if you want to create some customized metrics for the project, we can help with that too.
